- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flat rate and no hourly rates are currently offered, We are having 20% off any cleaning for Black Friday and Holiday Cleanings
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to obtain basic information from our new customers and understand their needs, we provide all new customers with a quote and start on the job, while making sure our customers feel reassured that all the details they mentioned will not be missed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Other than my mom have over 10 years of cleaning experience and myself and my sister helping her for several years now, my sister and I are currently taking Business Management Courses. Although a lot of what we do is cleaning we also make it a priority to provide a smooth experience on the back end for our customers every time
