- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial consultations are free. I have an $80 contracting fee to begin engaging other parties. Mediated sessions are $100 per hour per party. Coaching and facilitation is $200 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In mediation, there will be an initial phone consultation that determines if my services are suitable to the issue in question. I charge $80 to contact the other party and attempt to bring them to the table. Mediations are never more than 3 hours long to allow due to the difficult nature of most discussions. Follow-on sessions can be scheduled. Coaching requires an initial consultation with a coaching contract, followed by exploration of the conflict, and various training to build competency in communication, situational awareness, and empathy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend one or more training sessions a year to learn more advanced techniques and concepts in my field and to increase my depth of knowledge to better serve my clients.
