What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified paralegal and member of NALA. I am a certified LDA, Bankruptcy Petition Preparer, and Unlawful Detainer Assistant. I acquired my BA in business and accounting.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in the legal field. When I was in middle school and high school I would help my mother after school while she was a legal secretary and then when she was going through law school as a law clerk. I love working in law and have been a paralegal for many years and started my own company to help put me through law school.
