What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have day to day prices and training packages that range from 4 days to 90 days.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make an appointment and set up a "Evaluation Test" to see where my new client is at physically. Afterwards I come up with a workout program specific to that client.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been training and martial arts since I was 15 years old. I enlisted in the US Army at 17yrs old and never have stopped working on myself to become the best that I can be!! I was Head Instructor at my Master Instructor's studio and was tasked with teaching Pre-Karate, Juniors, Adults, Law Enforcement and Seminars. I saw that I had a knack for teaching.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All ages and abilities. My youngest student being 3yrs old and my oldest being 85yrs young!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am the founder of the SWATmine™ Fitness System and it's Landmine Pro. It is a training tool to help individuals perform landmine style exercises either at the gym or in their own home. It took about 1 month to go from conception to prototype to final product. I am currently promoting my new business and I implement the SWATmine™ in all of my clients training programs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would to check their experience level and look at all of their social media and have a "face to face" conversation with them. You never know....
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Here are my suggestions:
How much experience do you have?
How much are your services?
What is your schedule like?
What location do you train your clients?
Do you have referrals?
