On time, very professional. Got the job done. I had a jungle of cables and this pro was able to navigate through the mess find the right power connection to my ring door bell. It was not easy to locate as I had no idea where the bell transformer was located in the house. There was no transformer install at all :(. After locating the right power cable, testing the connection and installing the transformer I was able to get my ring doorbell up and running.
