Aaron is a very motivational workout trainer/partner. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding different workout techniques and activities tailored for different body types and goals you'd like to reach. He not only instructs you, but teaches along the way. Aaron also provided me with great nutrition tips and even went grocery shopping with me. Working out with him did not feel like a chore, he made sure to make it fun. With Aaron, I looked forward to working out, we did everything from free weights, plyometrics, boxing, and sprints. It was nice to have a trainer who actually knew what he was doing and didn't charge a ridiculous amount to hire!
EJ is the man if your looking to improve your boxing game. I have been training with him for a while now and have nothing but positive things to say about him and the way he trains me. He has greatly helped me advance my technics and striking abilities. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve there fight game.
Danielle at Forever Body and Fitness is awesome!! She provides several types of classes throughout the week including- strength training, boxing, TRX, stretching, & personal training. No matter what service that is provided, it's always high quality and she always gives 100% with a lot of personal attention! I've been with Danielle for 3 years now and have had some amazing results- not mention have made some wonderful friends along the way! (As a side note- strength training and TRX have become my favorites- which is saying a lot considering I was a cardio junkie before! Haha!)

Trainer Jon helped me with my nutrition and guided me through strength training and powerlifting to accomplish my goal and help me find my new passion. Haley is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness is increasing and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to box, complete more sit ups / core exercises, Haley pushes me harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. I must be a glutton for punishment. Importantly: Haley ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. She is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I have been an on and off exercise person my whole adult life. I've worked out at a gym, a personal trainer and boot camp groups. I am so happy to have met Morgan and decided to give her and myself a chance. She is very motivating in a fun encouraging way. Her work out a are very effective and fun. Coming back from my military service, the first thing I am craving for is a serious personal trainer. Tommy was my trainer before I left for Air Force and my first and the best choice to train me boxing now. His capability is from his own pro boxing career inside the ring. By instilling me with old-school type (IMHO, the authentic) perspectives of boxing techniques, he demonstrates the how and why behind every body position and every punch. A true boxer needs all around skill sets, which requires a good trainer to observe you and give you a lot of individual attention to make sure you are on the right learning curve. In his gym, I've seen couple of kids with boxing talents here, they started young and learn the correct boxing techniques from the beginning. It's worth every second to enjoy the quality training session with Tommy in his gym.
I started training with Mike Marowitz in November 2013 and have been with him now for over a year and a half. I am 49 years old and was in moderately good shape when I started. When I first met him, we discussed my goals. I told him my main interest was increasing strength. He questioned me further to find out specifically what areas were of greatest interest to me. I told him increasing my max lift in all areas was important to me, but that when I work out on my own, I always end up straining a muscle or injuring myself in some other way. He said that strength training was something he could definitely help me with, and pointed out that it was likely my lack of form that was causing the problem. We did a 1-week trial period of 3 sessions, where he evaluated my capability in strength, endurance, and flexibility. He noted right away that I lacked flexibility. Mike is VERY conscious of form and avoiding injury, and flexibility was the key to that. We spent time stretching and he showed me routines I could do at home to get more flexible. Every exercise we did together was done in exactly the right way to prevent any undue strain to tendons and joints. I kept wanting to go with heavier weights, but Mike made sure that I could complete reps perfectly before lifting heavier. We have done three 1-hour sessions a week, where we hit all major muscle groups. Every session COMPLETELY wears me out. I am exhausted, but satisfied, knowing Ive been pushed as far as possible. With Mike as my trainer, I have been surprised at the gains Ive achieved. Starting out, my bench press was 165 lbs. Now my max is over 250 lbs and I can do 185 lbs 10-12 times. My dead lift was 185 lbs max starting out. Now its 335 lbs. When I started, I weighed 178 lbs. Now I weigh 190 lbs and have added over 10 lbs of muscle. I feel better, stronger, and more confident. Its important to note that at no time have I been injured with Mike as my trainer. In fact, the small joint pains I used to feel working out have almost disappeared. I used to have very bad knees playing tennis. Since incorporating Mikes leg routines, I dont have problems anymore. My flexibility has improved, although I know I have much further to go. Mike is fun and interesting to work out with. We chat and laugh between sets, but our sessions are always serious, focused on helping me achieve my goals. I cannot begin to say how much of a difference Mike has made in my level of physical fitness. I would recommend his services to anyone serious about getting in shape and staying in shape.
I work out at the quail hill location. I really enjoy the variety of classes, the prepay for the month option and the trainer Jess!!! She is amazing. She is so motivating that I am up to 6 classes a week and hoping next week to get to 7. The classes range from leg sessions to boxing to upper body to end of the week incorporating it all!! I have been going for about 2-3 months after leaving my previous trainer and I feel myself growing stronger with each class. The beauty of the classes is that they run through out the morning and evening allowing for options for those with a busy work schedule!!! Give it a shot. U won't be sorry!!!!
I went down to the Gym in Ontario . everyone was very friendly and welcoming . I had a tour of the gym and everything from lifting equipment to the boxing and other fitness equipment was explained and how it could help me reach my Goals in fitness. Also had a Training session with Pro-Fighter Rick, awesome teacher and I had a lot of Fun. The Prices weren't bad at all, Manager Chad sat down with me and explained everything and how monthly prices reduced down with different packages including Personal Training sessions for Muay Tai with Rick . I joined the UFC gym same day and was very happy and looking forward to the New fitness achievements that are to come. I recommend to those who are thinking about it to go down to the Ontario Gym and see for yourself its worth it . -Moses
This is one of the best personal training experiences I’ve had. Kevin made a point to get to know me and my history so he can focus on my fitness and health needs. He pushes you to reach your goals and makes sure you’re getting the most out of your work out every time he works with you. He also uses boxing and strength training which involves a good amount of cardio and from my experience makes the work out more exciting. I recommend Kevin to anyone who is serious about being healthy, strong and living a better life.

Francisco got me in great shape, love the full body workouts, always new techniques, never a dull workout, love the mix with boxing too, he also has a lot of knowledge on nutrition and overall body and mind health.
Super fun way to work out with Sezo, he is very motivating. Every workout is different has been a mix of boxing and cardio. Personally i feel so much more energetic and encouraged to continue to reach my goals with the help and guidance of him! I highly recommend training with Sezo
South Coast Martial Arts is a great gym to train out of. There is a plethora of martial arts such as Kenpo, Wushu, and Muy Thai. They also offer boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and cardio kickboxing. It is a family and inviting atmosphere. My family loves SCMA!
