Chris did heavy appetizers for a 70th birthday party I was hosting in my home. He had a difficult group to please since we had total vegetarians and super meat lovers at the party. Working with Chris Riles was an absolute pleasure. He was creative in setting up the menu, arrived on time, and left my kitchen sparkling clean when he left the house. Chris & his crew worked quickly & efficiently to create a glorious spread. His food was delicious and the presentations were beautiful. Everyone RAVED about his work. I will use Chris again in the future. Everything was top notch. He exceeded my expectations.
