    I had a NON- PROFESSIONAL APPRAISER black list my house because of his ignorance in wording on the appraisal report; He made a "stain" on the wall in the garage sound like it was a life threatening issue so the lender was going to drop the file and not continue the loan; I called OneCall2 for a PROFESSIONAL Quote. The owner himself came out the next day and eradicated the area in question, treated it, cleaned up and was on his way! It was nice to have an honest, prompt & professional experience for a change!
