Proper undercoats are imperative when prepping surfaces. Durability is just as important as quality coating and application. We use various types of primers for specific types of wall preperation. We always use bonding primers when applying stucco for supreme adhesion! oil base primers for bare wood and window glazing preperation. We use pva primers to seal our drywall patches prior to painting.we sand fascia and primer before painting as well.
