What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to provide a menu of services for our clients. We understand that a one price fits all model is not in your best interest. We prefer to bill on a monthly basis based on the number of transactions and the number of accounts that need to be maintained. Please call us for more information about our pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer a face to face meeting initially where we can discuss best business practices and expectations. After that we are open to working remotely or scheduling a time that works for everyone to perform necessary tasks
