I started training for powerlifting with Dima in March 2017. In my 10 week meet prep for my first powerlifting meet, Dima helped me bring my deadlift up from 265 Ib to 303 Ib. Now, in progress towards my second meet prep, he has been very patient in helping me address my weak muscle groups to bring up my total for my upcoming meet. I would recommend Dima if you are training for strength, fat loss, muscle gain, or injury rehabilitation. He will help you surpass your current goals and envision new ones.
I’m in my third month of training with Oga, and I can honesty say that it’s been a great pleasure. From the beginning, Oga has been nothing but flexible about the small details- time, location, length of workout. With my crazy work/life schedule, he made working out with him so easy and effortless! Training with Oga has also been really fun. I love that he changes up the routine, makes it interactive, and knows my limits so he can challenge me until I'm literally sweating beads. Since training with Oga, he’s helped me change my whole workout routine and diet plan to finally see results! I am excited to see what the next three months of training with him will bring. In my first 6am training session with Oga, he made it a point to say that I wouldn’t need coffee after his routine… and he was absolutely right, I haven’t needed it since!
Justin is very profession on loss weight and trained appropriately every session! I will come back for personal training with him next time in town!!
It was great fun training with Jared. My goal was to lose weight and be able to independently workout after training with him. In just 10 workout sessions with Jared I lost over 10lbs, started to look better in shape, can fit into my clothes that I haven’t able to for a while. Since he noted down everything for me, I can certainly workout independently now. It was his motivation and encouragement that has helped me get fitter, stronger, healthier. I would definitely recommend training with him.
Mo is a fantastic trainer. He is very knowledgeable, a true expert in his field. He's a compassionate, attentive trainer. Be prepared to be pushed outside of your comfort zone during your training sessions. He makes training fun and you'll rarely do the same routine twice. The variety of exercises and support I feel keep me coming back for more...not to mention the results. You won't find a better trainer anywhere else.
I have known Caterina in the capacity of a physical trainer for over 6 months. Before Caterina I have had the good fortune of working with some very good trainers. I started training with Caterina due to my very unusual schedule which only she could accommodate at the time. What I started with serious hesitation, turned out to be one of the best things that has happened to me! Caterina is, by far, the best trainer I've ever had. I'm not exactly the easiest person to train. But, she has been nothing short of fantastic. She is very patient, encouraging, and motivating. At the same time she is very understanding and knows what her clients need. She can push you to your maximum, making sure you don't injure yourself. She does this in a way that makes working out seem like fun rather than a strenuous chore. The best thing about Caterina, though, is that she is very understanding, and flexible too. She's more human than any other instructor I've ever had. I would highly recommend Caterina to any individual looking for a quality instructor. She would be a great asset to have on board.
Ben is an outstanding massage therapist and personal trainer! I booked him for a deep tissue massage because I could barely move after all my 5k training. I'm not gonna lie, it was super painful but the next day I felt like a new man! He offered me a free training session at his private gym and I took him up on the offer - one of the best decisions I've ever made. He's super detail oriented and showed me a bunch of exercises to make my knees and hips more stable. I ran a mile without any pain for the first time in YEARS this morning and had to write a review! I'll definitely be training with him more frequently and can't recommend him enough. (And the gym is awesome, there's even a backyard training area!)
Training with Dante has been amazing. Not only does he assist with our fitness goals, he also ensures that we eat the right food by providing us custom nutritional plans. He is knowledgeable, motivating, funny, and most importantly, he makes working out enjoyable. We always have a good time there. Now we are only two weeks in and we are already seeing some early results! Highly recommend!

I have had personal trainers before but only at a gym. When i trained with Armando Ramirez it was in the comfort of his home. He trained me in his garage and it was for a month. I told him I wanted a work out plan that would target a total body work out crunched into an hour. He first weighed me and tuck measurements. So I can see my progress. That was very helpful and I like that I felt comfortable with him. I liked how it was one on one without the crowded gym environment. Armando showed me how to enjoy working out instead of counting down the minutes. I liked how it was quick and do able on a weekly basis. He always made sure my form was correct. In the past other trainers didn't give me as much attention due to other clients in the gym. Armando also pushed me when he seen I wanted to give up. But it was not aggressive it was very motivational. He showed me that I was capable of exceeding in my work outs. One thing, Armando did not have to many work out machines but his work out consisted more of stability and balance. I liked that better because I can do those work outs anywhere. No GYM needed. I really recommend training with Armando!!
It was been great working with Andre. I have back and knee issues and since I've been working with Andre both issues have been great. Stretching in the mornings as Andre has suggested has worked out wonderfully and my back has felt better than it has in months. Even though he works me hard, I look forward to every workout session that we have. I didn't really think I would still be training with Andre due to my issues, but he's been a blessing and I'm really thankful for everything he is doing to help me reach my goal.
Dominic has been a pleasure to have as a trainer. Very easy to talk you always upbeat and projects a winning positive vibe. His workouts are Awesome and fun, and always changing it up so it doesn’t get old. I love learning some boxing techniques and it’s been a fun way to do some cardio. We do low intensity resistance training one workout then the next day it's a high intensity circuit and always keep me guessing. He always explains why we are doing what we are doing. I have a long way to go but Dominic has gotten me on the right track already, and changing to a healthier lifestyle. I love the variety i get from Dom and it’s unreal how affordable he is. And not just that he also worked with me on a payment plan which no gym will do that. He said he was more concerned with my health and wellness than he was with money and started training with a small down payment. Definitely recommend hiring Dominic to anyone looking for a honest, fun, knowledgeable trainer.

I did lots of research on personal fitness trainers in the south bay area. I found Ron’s website, researched his training program and emailed him in regards to more information. He returned the email promptly and within the week we were meeting and discussing my goals and starting my training sessions the next week. Ron provides a complete package that is easy to follow yet aggressive to the goals that you are wanting. I have been with him for 9-weeks now and he has exceeded my expectations in a trainer. He is there by your side correcting your techniques; assist when needed but never lets you gives up. Each session he challenges you and provides positive reinforcements to keep you motivated. I am moving forward meeting my goals and Ron has helped provide me with that. Great trainer, very knowledgeable and a great mentor for getting yourself where you want to be physically and mentally.
