I’m in my third month of training with Oga, and I can honesty say that it’s been a great pleasure. From the beginning, Oga has been nothing but flexible about the small details- time, location, length of workout. With my crazy work/life schedule, he made working out with him so easy and effortless! Training with Oga has also been really fun. I love that he changes up the routine, makes it interactive, and knows my limits so he can challenge me until I'm literally sweating beads. Since training with Oga, he’s helped me change my whole workout routine and diet plan to finally see results! I am excited to see what the next three months of training with him will bring.
In my first 6am training session with Oga, he made it a point to say that I wouldn’t need coffee after his routine… and he was absolutely right, I haven’t needed it since!
