Chef Rocco was wonderful! He accommodated us with a very short notice- we wanted to celebrate my husbands birthday at home with a five star dinner experience. He discussed the menu with us in detail and tailored it based on our preferences.... the food was delicious and the portions were huge! Chef Rocco was a delight to engage with and kept us in splits with his jokes as well as educated us on food and food techniques. we plan on using him again for a bigger family dinner party in the summer.
