Introduction: I am a certified eDiscovery specialist (CEDS), a Juris Doctor (JD) and a Master of Library and Information Sciences (MLIS), with a depth of experience found as a senior electronic discover paralegal in the trenches of complex Silicon Valley class action and intellectual property cases. I have extensive experience in the creation, management, review and presentation of documents, electronic and otherwise. I am also an active member of both EDRM and the Sedona Conference, as well as a contributor to the IGRM task force. I have served on the ACEDS Certification Exam Committee, charged with evaluating and updating the country's first standardized eDiscovery certification exam. I am an engaged member of the eDiscovery industry, a forward-thinking proponent of information governance and an evangelist for all forms of technology-assisted document management and review. I am available for consultation, presentations, research and training in regards to all things related to eDiscovery, information governance, knowledge management or big data. I am also available to assist pro se clients as they represent themselves in correspondence, court filings and discovery requests/responses.
