This year, I began training at Grind Fitness and immediately recognized that technique is king. All of Grind's personal trainers follow a strict training program that maximizes results. The level of attention to form and whole body connectivity is insane, and the proof is in the pudding (no, pudding is not on the meal plan).
With zero exaggeration, I began seeing results within two weeks and abs(!) within six weeks. Strangers often ask me where I work out and I never hesitate to sing the praises of Grind Fitness. Beyond the physical transformation, I found my energy was both increased and more peaceful and positive.
Personal training is a crowded space and I feel such gratitude to have finally found trainers with such high level of expertise. I recommend them to friends, family, strangers, YOU - shouting it from the mountain tops: YOU WILL LOVE GRIND FITNESS!
