"Will is a phenominial trainer who does an excellent job of connecting with his clients and developing a program based on his clients level and goals. My workouts are so enjoyable things get rescheduled around them. I've been training with Will for 6 months now and have found him not just knowledgeable in strength and conditioning but nutrition and "real world" suggestions to help with weight loss as well. He is a great mtotivator, very accommodating and extremely creative in workout programs. In my first 10 weeks, I don't think there was a repeat of any exercise. My body is changing for the better and I have lost 40+ pounds thus far using Will's training 3 times a week as the staple in driving a better quality of life. I strongly recommend him and would suggest that one would be hard pressed to find a better trainer that can help achieve whatever your personal fitness goals may be. Will is a life changer."

"I am very glad I chose Joe as my personal fitness trainer. With my demanding work schedule, sedentary lifestyle and vegetarian food habits, I needed someone who can provide a tailor made fitness regime at my doorstep -- and Joe is delivering just that. He adopts a practical approach towards weight loss, is very friendly and flexible with timings (sometimes even flexible with days). I was never a regular at gym before; but with Joe, I feel motivated to hit the road and demonstrate that incremental progress. He makes the workout interesting by alternating the workout locations between gyms, outdoors and hills, brings his own equipment and experiments different workout sequences based on what I can endure.My goal is to reduce 40-50 pounds by Dec2015. I've lost 7+ pounds in just about same number of sessions. Hopefully I'll reach my target with continued support and patience from Joe. To all those workaholics who are helplessly putting on that weight and praying for a magic to happen: go get Joe!"

"I did lots of research on personal fitness trainers in the south bay area. I found Ron’s website, researched his training program and emailed him in regards to more information. He returned the email promptly and within the week we were meeting and discussing my goals and starting my training sessions the next week. Ron provides a complete package that is easy to follow yet aggressive to the goals that you are wanting. I have been with him for 9-weeks now and he has exceeded my expectations in a trainer. He is there by your side correcting your techniques; assist when needed but never lets you gives up. Each session he challenges you and provides positive reinforcements to keep you motivated. I am moving forward meeting my goals and Ron has helped provide me with that. Great trainer, very knowledgeable and a great mentor for getting yourself where you want to be physically and mentally. I would recommend him to anyone no matter what stage of fitness you are. He has set a great foundation for my future goal. Can’t thank him enough. If you need to improve your health and fitness Ron is your guy."

"Jenene is excellent. She listened to me and modified exercises to make sure my needs were met. She asked the right questions and designed work out to help me achieve the results I was most interested in. She was very quick on responding and always confirmed her appointment day before. I definitely recommend her for people who want a motivational coach who listens to your needs. Her workouts are fun and enjoyable!"

"Recovering post achilles tendon surgery I was in dire need of a personal trainer. I met Ana Barroga. Recovering from such a massive surgery I was so limited with my range of motion and stability. Even though I had so many limitations, She knew exactly how my body worked (weaknesses & strength) mechanically in one session. She really takes the time to get to know her clients and what they really would like to achieve with working out. She takes her clients goals, but makes them 10X bigger & better. Her personality & technique is very structured but she is also extremely supportive and ethusatic about each and every one of her clients stories, goals, & milestones. Working out has always been a challenge for me growing up with Cerebal Palsy in my left leg. Post surgery, I thought I would never be able to bear weight on my left leg, never be able to jump, never be able to run without a limp. Training with Ana over the past couple of months, I have reached all those goals. I can now jump, I can now run and put full weight on my leg. If you want a trainer that is super attentive, and will go above and beyond to make sure you achieve your goals and dreams. You have found the right one! I would highly recommend Ana and Barroga Fit!"

"Personal Trainer Martin Villanueva In 2013, I began an ambitious plan to lose weight and “get in shape.” I was in such poor condition that I had difficulty breathing when I walked. I hadn’t done any exercise at all for 40 years. I hated the idea of exercise, but I knew I had to do something for my health. I met Martin, and asked him to help me. He began with simple exercises at my level giving me encouragement to continue with both cardio and resistance. We progressed at a pace just challenging enough to keep me trying, but not too difficult to be discouraging. Martin is a good listener. He used a variety of exercises so I would not get bored. He helped me with fitness and with nutrition to reach my goals for a healthy lifestyle change. I lost 90 pounds and have kept it off for 4 years and still counting. Karen Rice"

"I have had personal trainers before but only at a gym. When i trained with Armando Ramirez it was in the comfort of his home. He trained me in his garage and it was for a month. I told him I wanted a work out plan that would target a total body work out crunched into an hour. He first weighed me and tuck measurements. So I can see my progress. That was very helpful and I like that I felt comfortable with him. I liked how it was one on one without the crowded gym environment. Armando showed me how to enjoy working out instead of counting down the minutes. I liked how it was quick and do able on a weekly basis. He always made sure my form was correct. In the past other trainers didn't give me as much attention due to other clients in the gym. Armando also pushed me when he seen I wanted to give up. But it was not aggressive it was very motivational. He showed me that I was capable of exceeding in my work outs. One thing, Armando did not have to many work out machines but his work out consisted more of stability and balance. I liked that better because I can do those work outs anywhere. No GYM needed. I really recommend training with Armando!! "

"James is a great personal trainer, and he's really fun to work with--always cheerful, motivating, and very creative. He will tailor the workout to your needs. Last summer, I wanted to get into tip top shape. Although I've been an athlete all my life (I'm now 45), I've had to work much harder to keep looking 25. I worked out 6 days a week (a couple days with James, the rest at the gym), stuck to my restrictive diet (on which he advised me also), and was very satisfied with my results. I highly recommend him. I also have knowledge and many hand-written workouts from him I can use for the rest of my life. Thanks James!"

"I began working with Nate Moore a few years ago for the sole purpose of losing an extreme amount of weight. At the time I began working with Nate I weighed in at 230 lbs and after 16 months I was down to 125lbs. Prior to working with Nate I had joined several other gyms and always found myself getting bored and losing all motivation very quickly which resulted in not returning. Every single one of Nate's training sessions are exciting and he always provides new fun ways of challenging yourself regardless of your fitness level. His innovative training methods made me LOVE working out. Definitely not your typical boring workout routine. The level of dedication, energy, knowledge, patience and constant support that Nate provides is above and beyond anyone else that I've ever worked with.
