I purchased a fixer upper near Palm Springs,nice home but needed alot of upgrades(septic,cabinets,flooring,framing,mold remediation,painting)basically everything but a new roof.
I told Travis my budget,he did a walk through with his subs,came in under my budget,didn't try to upsell or throw a sales pitch my way.
I trust him and his subs in my house,they're polite,professional and clean cut which sounds funny but I don't like unkept riff raff around my family.
I'd definitely recommend Helfman Construction and welcome anyone considering using his services to contact me.
