Christine is an excellent personal trainer and understands how to adjust my workouts based on my fitness level at that time and injury considerations. She makes the workout fun and as intense as it needs to be based on my goals

Christine is a great personal trainer. She's very careful to really understand your goals and objectives and then creates a program tailored to help you to achieve them. In my case, I have some injuries that I need to be careful about. So, she's ever mindful about my specific situation. I started training with Christine about 8 months ago when I was preparing for a National Championship Sports Car Club of America racing event. Without a doubt, Christine's help in getting me into the best possible physical condition paid dividends for me in the race. After a decade layoff from racing, I finished third in the race and was really happy. I have continued working out with Christine because she makes it fun and I see the results. Thanks, Christine!

Let me say at the outset...I am not a fan of personal trainers. Most are not worth it (at least in my opinion). BUT, I started training with Christine almost 3 years ago and am totally committed to her training program. She is HIGHLY knowledgeable and targets her training to the individual. I am a runner and the core, strength, etc training she tailors for me has made my running injury-free, stronger, and faster. She always changes it up and manages to make it difficult. I couldn't even do 1 push up when I started, but now I do 100 every day on my own. I'm used to being a little (sometimes more than a little) sore all the time. I've had so many people - friends, colleagues and strangers - ask me what I'm doing to look so fit (I know, sounds like an infomercial...but its pretty much the truth). I am not sure what I would do without her - she has become an essential in my life. You should give her serious consideration if you are looking for personal training...whatever the reason. When my family comes to visit on holidays, they ask me to sign them up for training sessions...she's that good!

I would give Christine 10 out of 5 because 5 stars doesn't do her justice. I have been training with Christine for 8 months now after my first trainer at the gym quit. Now, I thought my first trainer was decent but since I have been training with Christine I realized what a good personal training is. The key word here is personal as Christine always has a targeted challenging plan for me that still adapts to my physical limitations; and the interesting part is every week is different. She is very skilled, knowledgable, and more importantly passionate about her work and her clients and you can tell with the little things she does; I never got a "pro-perspiration" t-shirt from anyone before I had her as a trainer! You won't go wrong with Christine; She will help you meet your goals whatever they may be AND you are guaranteed to enjoy your time and want more of the "torture"!

I’ve been training with Christine for almost 7 years now, and amazingly every workout has been different. She customizes her workout to her clients and has a wealth of education and experience to draw from such that her strength-based workouts are always varied, challenging, and fun. She has training to cater to all sorts of physical limitations, for example while pregnant, she modified my workouts to draw on her yoga strengths. Nowadays it’s all remote but she’s so personable that it feels like she’s right there with you, correcting your form and entertaining you with friendly conversation. She’s very professional, always punctual, never misses a session, and genuinely cares about improving my shape and health. I highly recommend her, you absolutely won’t be disappointed!
