This review is long overdue however I wanted to thank Greenside Carpet and Dryer Vent cleaning service for their outstanding job. They were prompt, very professional, well priced and went above and beyond! They identified the issue with my drier quickly and gave me a few options, along with the complete price of each before beginning the repairs - which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this company and will be using them for any and all servicing/repairs in the future!
His business card says Air Vent and Dryer Duct Cleaning, Pigeon and Bird Control, and Rain Gutter Cleaning, but I only contacted him regarding the HORRIBLE pigeon problem I had. He answered, asked a few questions, and was at my house within the same hour for a free estimate. His quote was good, and he got immediately to work. Within two hours of calling, the problem I'd been dealing with for two years was gone. He was courteous, professional, and I'd hire him again in a heart beat.
The company did a good job cleaning duct and vent I would recommend this company to my friends.
Orange Air Duct Cleaning Services /Andreas came to our home on a referral from a friend of ours. They cleaned our ducts and also repaired and replaced some duct work in our attic. They spent the time needed with no rushing to get the job done right. They also cleaned our dryer vent too! Our air quality is much better now and also much more evenly distributed thru out our home. Orange Air Duct Cleaning Services is not the cheapest but they are very reasonable for the high quality of the work they are certainly worth it! I will call Andreas again when we change seasons to make sure our HVAC is running efficiently. Good, Honest, hard working company. You can trust the work they do.
Bill did a great job on cleaning our ducts and dryer vent.
I am very happy with the care and cleaning by Charles and his team Air Duct Professionals. Apparently dryers should be cleaned every year (and Charles says you can use a leaf blower in the disconnected dryer entry one year and alternate with the pro your second year). Heating cooling ductwork should be cleaned every 5-7 years. I didn't know that, but can see how this makes sense. My ducts were filthy, as I had never had them cleaned, and after 14 years I was prompted when my dryer lost its efficiency. Charles and his team did fine work. They arrived on time, cleaned up during and after, including cleaning vent covers and floor sweeping any escaped debris (like old paint chipped overspray from the builder). The job took over 3.5 hours on my two system, 20 vent household. Charles was very knowledgable, inspected the job and then took the extra effort of going into the attic to check the condition of the ducts themselves. He pointed out that skipping this step could make the whole cleaning process a waste of time. He found a couple of holes made the repairs at no charge. He also did extra work with the attic for me--observing it needed cleanup, including removing a dead bird, which prompted me to give him a hefty tip. Meanwhile the team sealed the vents and vacuumed/cleaned them thoroughly. The dryer vents out of my roof, and I hadn't realized the end cap (deflecto) had blown off and was missing. It left an opening in the roof for the bird to get into my attic and also was the reason my dryed vent was clogged-- with a second big fat (dead) bird that had flown down the tube, which Charles desposed of. Charles has a background in fire restoration/cleanup, and this knowledge showed in his work. He also pointed out that when I run the dryer I must turn on the fan and shut the laundry room door to keep lint from escaping into my house. He also recommended I start using a better filter than my current (which the company does not sell), the 3M Filtrete. He also replaced the dryer/wall connector as mine had screw holes for lint to escape. He showed me how much lint had collected around the holes, some of which went airborn. So not only did Charles, Jasmine and Jevan do great work, I also learned from this experience. The Deflecto replacement required someone with a long ladder to tackle the job. I hired a second company who also cleans ducts (they didn't bring their long ladder, though I had explained what the job needed). They came, and they inspected Charles' work because they said some air duct cleaners don't really do a good job, that the ducts still might need cleaning, but after inspecting there was no need for any more work. So I would say the second company gave (tacit) good reviews to Charles' team as well.
David performed a heater service, replaced a motor controller for heater and cleaned out our dryer vent. all were performed to our satisfaction. David was punctual, professional and seemed like he had a very good knowledge of the work he performed.
James installed a range hood for me. I started out on this project by contacting an "appliance installer" that was recommended. I'll call him the "1st installer". It took the 1st installer at least 2 weeks to make it out to my house to look at the job. Then he declined the job saying it was such a simple job that I should simply go to the store that sold the vent hoods and they's probably have one of their people install the hood for a minimal charge. I went over to Pacific Sales and bought a hood I liked. I told the salesman to recommend a good installer. I told him I wanted someone highly qualified because the hole in the ceiling would need to be moved. The hood arrived and then a few days later the 2nd installer came to do the installation. The 2nd installer took a look at the job and said he couldn't do it because preparations still needed to be made, ie the hole in the ceiling needed to be moved. Next I contacted a 3rd person, a handyman I know that usually can usually do just about anything. He removed the drywall on the ceiling but he couldn't complete the job because he said he wasn't licensed to cut a hold in the roof. Finally I went on Thumbtack and found James, the 4th installer. He came out immediately and did everything excerpt to seal the vent on top of the roof. He referred me to a roofer who didn't show up. When James found out that the roofer hadn't showed up James climbed on my roof and sealed it against the weather...for no additional charge! I was so impressed with James that I've hired him to remodel my downstairs and convert it to a rental unit.
Sunwest Company was a great decision and I am very very happy with the service they provided! Honestly They were very respectful hardworkers and detail orientated. When i critiqued their work they were happy to fix what I found. The did a move out cleaning, carpet cleaning, and tile/grout. They also fixed a patch on the carpet which was a bit pricey but better than before. The only thing I noticed i wasn't happy and wish I noticed while they were the patch they did upstairs really wasn't nice but the one that everyone saw was good! The house was filthy when they started from our previous tenant in the house. Now it is definitely ready to be sold. very big difference! I will definitely keep them in mind if I need something else done :) possibly for the house we will God willing buy. They are very good and don't waste time. Also don't charge by the hour which is the best part!
Jeff was prompt, fair priced and communicated throughout the process. He relocated my air vent and provided details as well as options for the job. I would definitely use his services again! Thank you so much!
Chase responded super fast with a quote for an air duct cleaning. He showed up on time for the service. Excellent results!

He did a thourough job, did it in a timely manner as I was in a schedule and he left all areas clean. He cleaned my dryer vent, which is almost 30 feet long. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again. Thank you SnyDen home services. Jera Elkins
I did not really know where exactly to turn in getting my ducts cleaned. thank good I found these guys cause they did a superb job with everything there! I didn't realize how much dust and just grime had accumulated up there over the years until I was shown! Cannot believe I had not utilized these services any sooner! The Estimate that I was give was spot on as well which was very nice. If you need your air ducts cleaned out and you are in a big hurry, please call these guys up! They will not give you the run around that other companies do or all of the sudden change the price on you. Quality services at great prices, I like that.
Mike did a terific job doing a variety of things around the house. He cleaned out an air vent, put up shelves, and Reframed/installed the frames and screens on all of our windows. He was very professional and completed the job entirely and was affordable
My hubby and i went to search online for reputable air duct cleaners and we immediately found Fontana Air Duct and Carpet Cleaning. They've got glowing reviews! We were happy we gave them a try. They came promptly at the time of the appointment and ready to work. Teaching us on how to maintain the cleanliness of the air was very much appreciated. Recommending this business to anyone in Fontana.
On time, fair pricing and no hassles or surprises. Made our carpets look like the day we moved in...our place is a joy to come home to again.
The guys were very good, their pricing was good, and they came when they said. They actually went above and beyond to clean the vent of the dryer, pulling everything out, checking it, and pulling it out again to make sure that there were no kinks in the line. I was quite impressed!
We are NADCA certified (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) and follow their processes and procedures.
