Introduction: We have been serving the Inland Empire as a licensed contractor since 1981. Mike Kelly has 40 years of experience in all phases of residential construction and has managed projects for some of the premiere builders in Southern California. We are dedicated to quality work and complete customer satisfaction. We want our customers to be our customers for life. I feel that I offer a valuable service by giving customers honest advice. Mike was contracted to repair damage to our ceiling done by another company that had fixed our signs. Mike was on time for each appointment, and was very thorough and professional. I could tell that the quality of his work was of utmost importance. He was not interested in fixing my issue with a "bandaid" fix, he made sure it was done correctly the first time. And, a major plus for me was that he was very neat and courteous- which seems to be a rare commodity amongst a lot of people that I have worked with in the past in this field. In short, I would absolutely recommend Mike to anyone looking for a general contractor. As a matter of fact I have already contacted him for MORE work at my building!

I've known Mike for years so I'm not surprised by his excellet work and organization. We hired him to do work required for a bank property. He has all the insurance and licenses and met our timing requirements. His prices are good and he has all the contacts needed to get the results we expect. He did a great job in a great timeframe. We didn't feel ripped off when extra work was required.

Mike was referred to me by several friends who have used his services. I needed a new fence constructed. I priced Lowe's and the prices were similar but I decided to have Mike do the work because I was impressed with his professionalism and I wanted to give work to a small businessman instead of to a large corporation. My decision proved to be a wise one. He started on time, finished on time and the work was impeccable. He hand-picked each piece of lumber so that the finished product was beautiful. That would not have happened from Lowe's! Mike is personable and neat as well. I highly recommend him to anyone needed work done around their house.

There is no complicated pricing system for the work we do. Quality work at a fair price. We take pride in the work we do and are dedicated to customer satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Staying informed on green building practices is becoming very important. Homeowners are becoming more educated on our environment and want to do their part.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad was an airplane mechanic in his early years and then made the transition to residential construction. So I guess you could say that I was born into it. I began my construction career at the age of 12, working part time after school and summer vacation. Construction is what I know and all I have ever done.
