Tah Groen has been teaching Yoga for private and corporate clients in San Diego for over 15 years. Within that time, she has developed a nurturing hands-on approach to teaching -- a comfortable style, rich with verbal cues regarding alignment of body, mind and spirit.
Her Vinyasa flow class is a perfect place for the beginner or advanced student. With Tah's emphasis on the details of asana, using body awareness, breath flow, and a soft, nurturing and compassionate tone, yoga becomes an essential element to lighten and gladden your spirit. Her attention is on the breath as the core of a transformative yoga practice. She states: The inhale breath, vital to allowing the life force (Prana) in, and the exhale breath (Apana), both open doorways to releasing resistance. The inhale and exhale of breath are instrumental in maintaining a balance within the body. They allow a softening, and establish a foundation for the letting go of old, outdated patterns that no longer serve the higher self. Through intimate exploration of each pose as it transitions into the next, we find that each inhale and exhale reveals our true self hidden behind stagnant layers of resistance.
Tah continues to explore and deepen her practice both on a physical and spiritual level. Delving deeply into the essential question, "Who am I?", she started a blog entitled "Surrender into Ascension". It is about her personal revelations and discoveries into the alter ego and the eternal in I am.
In her quest for knowledge, Tah has come across a profound system of self-discovery based on your birth data called "human design". By calculating the time and place of birth, "human design" reveals a unique two-dimensional body graph in the form of a mandala. Your "human design" chart will reveal the secrets hidden within your auric field. If you are interested in "human design" life coaching in conjunction with the law of attraction, Tah would be more than happy to set up a session via the internet or in person depending on your location.
Some of the yoga teachers who have influenced Tah are Erich Schiffman, Tias Little, Roger Cole, Pattabhi Jois, Sharon Gannon, David Life, Bikram, Paul Grilley and Gerhard Gessner.
An active artist her whole life, Tah now expresses her creative talents with photography and jewelry design. You can find her work online, where she has two Etsy shops -- one is for yoga-inspired jewelry and the other for her photography on Instagram tahgroen.
