J & M are everything you hope for when hiring a contractor for your home. The timeline was as promised, constant updates throughout the project, high quality workmanship and a desire to please the customer. I would highly recommend J & M for any home project. Our project included floor tile installation throughout our home, entertainment center installation, and fireplace renovation. We are very pleased with the results!

Julio and his team were extremely professional and efficient and brought our vision for our kitchen to life. My wife and I purchased a new home and the kitchen was dated and constructed with builder grade materials that were very dissatisfying. Julio’s team created custom pieces (island, range hood and bar) for our kitchen to give it a more custom look and feel which truly elevated the space. The craftsmanship on the custom pieces was outstanding and we couldn’t be more pleased. Overall we’re happy with the finished product and we would recommend Julio and his team. Opportunities for growth would be in pricing and design. In regards to pricing, Julio will quote you one final price for the entire job. For some people this would be an excellent way to budget, but for others like myself I like to have a cost break down of all expenses including materials and installation cost. I also recommend knowing exactly what you want ahead of time because changes that are made along the way that are not included in your original contract come at a high price. In regard to design, I would urge Julio to advise his clients of all potential possibilities for their space and the let them decide what they want just to make sure his customers vision becomes a reality. In our case, we were extremely busy relocating and we forgot to include some minor details in our renovation such as a pot filler and kitchen accents that would make the outcome of our project more polished and cohesive. While this issue was not his fault, if certain recommendations and/or design suggestions were made by Julio’s team in advance these minor design flaws could have potentially been avoided. With this being said, have a budget, a plan, and know exactly what you want down to fixtures and any extras so Julio can deliver your dream kitchen without any hiccups.

Amazing experience working with J&M Precision. Mayra and Julio did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen. They understood and make reality all ours dreams with this new kitchen.
