Antoinette is truly a healer. I workout 6 days a week and I am constantly using my body. Every time I see her she is able to pinpoint exactly where my blocks are and where I am holding tension. She can pinpoint where my scar tissue is and she will work on it to increase blood flow to the area. She is so knowledgeable about anatomy and kinesiology and you will be able to see the difference between her and just an average masseuse in your first session. She's even made nutrition and supplement suggestions to me which have all been correct. I highly recommend her to everyone.
