Eric is my personal fitness trainer. I have been going to him for 6 months and I love his patience and flexibility to create a workout plan that works for me. He is also very knowledgeable about nutrition and explains how the two integrate for optimal fitness and health.Oct 21, 2016Verified
Dynamics did not have personal training availability for the hours I needed. I tried the semi-private training but it did not meet my expectations. The facility is small and gets busy during the hours I was there (MWF between 4-6). It just made me feel out of place. However, This place is awesome for young aspiring athletes! I'm sorry I did not get the 1-on-1 experience from Dynamics Fitness HPK.Nov 2, 2015VerifiedProgressive Health & Performance's reply
Thank you for the opportunity to help Jackie! I apologize that our schedules weren't able to coordinate where we could get you in at a less busy time, but I'm glad we could help you find someone to get your going towards your goals. Good luck and stay in touch!
Eric is great. Very knowledgable guy who makes hard work fun. Sign up. The system is geared for personal attention, but without the cost of a personal trainer. Nutrition is part of the plan too!!May 12, 2014Verified
After a long deliberation with my self , I decided to finally get myself a personal trainer. I've never worked out a day in my life (except the normal stroll with my dog , every other day) . So this was a little scary. But thankfully Eric made this experience a wonderful one. From the first email, address me by name and acknowledged my current situation and goals that were included in the questionnaire ( the other trainers I had respond to me, we're like, on auto reply or something. Maybe they were out on vacation? Idk) Anyway, pro health was the best decision I've made. If your nervous about working out, suffer from anxiety or just not sure if you can really pull it off. Eric will help you reach your goals and you'll see results fast. I did. The work out plan he had for me was 100% customized for me. Within the first 2 weeks my butt and hips were getting toner then I've ever seen them, it felt so good seeing my body transform so fast. And to be honest I WAS NOT dieting, HOWEVER at the same time my mind didn't want a bunch of junk food no more and my moods we're so much better and i motivated everyday. Pro health is a perfect example of what a personal trainer should be knowledgeable, ( I had a lot of random questions and he was able to answer them every time ) friendly, confident and makes sure you have a personal experience reaching your goals and keeps you motivated. Keep up the good work! Your amazingDec 10, 2017Verified
Eric responded to my original request quickly and provided a personal response specific to some questions and parameters I had posted. He is professional and demonstrated a high degree of knowledge during the initial evaluation / "on boarding" process. Eric was able to develop a customized plan tailored to reach my goals, taking into account my current musculoskeletal / physical condition, to avoid injury and incorporate proper technique and recovery. His excitement and commitment to his clients clearly shines through. I am already seeing positive gains and solid improvement within 2 full weeks of training with Eric. I look forward to continuing to work with him to achieve my goals and would highly recommend him to anyone who is serious about making a change for the better!Nov 9, 2015Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing depends on the type of service and we have many options so as to fit any particular client. We offer 1-on-1 personal training sessions as well as semi-private,group classes, and even online training. Our nutrition services range from diagnostic testing, personal consultations, and our full coaching program. Some services are monthly, while others are per session or per test.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The first step in our process is to set up an assessment or evaluation. This is an hour appointment where we break down everything. For fitness, we talk about injury and health history, go over goals, and really go in detail on what the difference is between our semi-private and private training options are. During this time we also run potential clients through our Biomotor Screening to look at how their body moves and lines up. This allows us to identify areas of need and in many cases where and why people are experiencing injury or pain. We use this information to create an efficient, truly personalized exercise program. After going through movement assessments, we go into details over scheduling, the cost of services and sign-up paperwork. Our first session after sign-up is teaching the client their personalized homework workout as well as any testing or measurements for us to keep track of. For nutrition, we go through a different version of health history so we can figure out exactly what your body has been going through, what you've done in the past, and what your goals are. We try to focus in on 3-5 main health complaints and put together the picture about why they are where they are and how we should best attend to them. By finding out as much information as possible at the very beginning we are able to deal with the biggest issues first. At this time we would go over any functional labwork that would be beneficial to look at and talk about our first steps working together as well. Once we get lab results we have a clear picture of what is going on inside and we match that with what you told us is going on outside. We then put a plan together to attend to those issues and work through them step by step.
