I've had such a good experience with Jordan as my personal trainer that I had to share it. I've been working out every week with Jordan for eight months. I look forward to seeing his smiling face every time. He gives me the inspiration and motivation I need to achieve my goals and improve my health. He tailors my program to my specific needs. As a result, my endurance has improved, and I have gained core strength, balance, and focus. I tend to get bored rather quickly with the same routine, but Jordan changes it up with regular updates and redesigning of my sessions so it keeps it interesting and keeps me progressing consistently. During the pandemic, Jordan went above and beyond to continue to provide coaching and help me not lose my progress. He even started cooking demonstrations on-line and posted interviews and helpful advice on social media. This exemplifies his passion for exercise and for helping people.

During the COVID-19, Jordan was one of my trainers. I've met him at the gym and , I must admit, his professionalism and knowledge of the body has helped me to attain a level of strength and mobility I haven't had for years. Jordan helped me develop a workout routine with alternative exercises to strengthen my knee and shoulder despite injuries. I highly recommend him for anyone who is beginning an exercise journey or needs rehabilitation.

    Growing up playing sports, I became really interested in the body and how much it is capable of doing. Throughout my sports career and studies, my passion for holistic health and wellness grew with coaching and experience.

    I have worked a wide variety of clients from youth and college athletes, general fitness, weight loss focused, avid mountain climbers, triathletes and an abundance of veterans.
