I place a premium on timeliness and professionalism. I did my homework checking various sources prior to inviting Nate and his crew to quote on my roofing repair. At the same time, I contacted two other companies for bids to compare. Nate responded quickly and the gentleman from Cornerstone that gave me an appraisal was right on time and clearly knew what he was doing. I received the best bid as well as a very informative evaluation of my roof problems. The second company was twice the price and the third could not send someone to give me a price at least for another week. I felt confident in hiring Nate. He and his crew showed up right on time and stuck to their estimate, both in price and in the time to complete the job. They kept me informed every step of the way and provided me photos of the progress to my cell phone in real time. They did a thorough cleaned up of the site. I was sincerely impressed with their very positive and professional attitude and quite pleased with the finished product. My grandfather was a building contractor and many of my family are in the building trades. I have a great appreciation for craftmanship and dedication to doing the job right. We had our roof repaired by Cornerstone Roofing yesterday. We had two areas that leaked and many broken tiles. It was supposed to take two days but they did it in less than one day. I came home early and they were already gone. I was worried that they did not do a good job even though it looked perfect. I called Nathan and he had Armando come back to my house and show me pictures of what they did under the tiles. They did a great job. Because it went so quickly I asked Nathan if he could reduce the price a little. He had given me a quote and I had signed a contract. He did not need to reduce the price one penny, but he did. I would not hesititate to use them again.

Cornerstone Roofing is my "go to" place for all my roofing needs. Every time I acquire a new property the inspector always finds a roofing issue, from a few broken tiles to suggesting preventive work be done. I always call Cornerstone and within a couple of days I have a quote in my hand. Cornerstone has always been reasonably priced, fast, friendly, courteous and professional. I have used them at least 6 times that I can remember off the top of my head, that also includes repairs from storms that dropped branches on the roof. I am pleased to be able to recommend this company.

On Dec. 20th 2011 my residence in Temecula received wind and rain damage on my tile roof. I asked for an estimate for repair from Cornerstone Roofing. The owner of this company came out and was given the job. His approach was professional, efficient and organized. His company was given the job The repair was completed on time and with quality I was assured of this by my Insurance claim adjuster as he commented after his roofing inspection that the company that did my repair did a very good job. Our advice is to check up on contractor license information, make sure insurance is up to date, ask contractors if their employees are legal to work in the United States, and always ask for a minimum of three referrals.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We wish customers knew how important it is to maintain their roof annually, through roof inspections. We see too many projects where there is massive interior damage from something that was easily fixable on the roof.
