Introduction: Have extensive knowledge of Income Tax Laws and procedures for all types of businesses and for individuals. My rates are about half of what you would pay a Certified Public Accountant. I can take that file filled with receipts and notes and organize with full details a report of all activity for that time frame including preparing a accurate tax return.

Lea Ann has done supervisory and accounting work for our businesses for several years. She has overseen our bookkeeping staff, taught them Quick Books, reviewed their work product and made sure everything was done correctly. Lea Ann came in on a regular basis each month for as many hours we needed her and made her self available on extra days whenever we needed her. She works quickly and efficiently as well as being pleasant to have in the office. We were always happy with the quality and thoroughness of her work. She made sure all our records were prepared to go to the accountant at tax time and interfaced with the accountant which saved us a lot of money in accounting fees. Lea Ann worked well with our staff and ourselves and was a valued member of our businesses until we sold two years ago. Lea Ann still helps me on an informal basis, although I am retired, with Quick Books which I use to manage my real estate holdings. She makes herself available over the phone or in person as needed. I rely on her and she never disappoints.

Lea Ann McClendon, Took over the books for my construction company when my book keeper became ill. She has set up books the for Three ministorage sites for me also. And currently take care of all the book work, payroll, tax forms, and what ever comes up for me. And she is sharp, fast and correct. I do not know what I would do with out her!

She apparently is very qualified but I went through alot of trouble as my schedule is so very busy, to set up an appointment and she had to cancel the day of as her car had issues. So I had to rush and find someone else as I have an important meeting Tuesday and needed to get started asap
