When I agreed to work with this company they agreed to a Friday pick up of my junk. They reduced the price if I agreed to a Sunday pick up. On sat they contacted me asking if sat would be ok so I scrambled leaving my apt in disarray trying to get the furniture ready for pick up on such short notice. Then they couldn't arrive on time so the pick was then changed back to Sunday. On Sunday I was contacted with an apology saying Sunday wasn't going to work and was I ok with Monday. I was living with mattresses that I was having to squeeze by in my hallway and a futon frame that I had to trip over in my living room to get to my dining room and I had someone scheduled for cleaning the apartment that now had to work around all my junk. I cancelled the job with the company due to too many pick up time changes.

I want to apologize for the unprofessional service you endured from us in July 2014 never had we planned on all of the changes to your request unfortunatly my husband and I were dealing with a family issue and you were affected. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate fluctuates depending on the type of cleaning that is requested if it's a deep clean or a move out /move in clean it is $35.00 an hour if it's a routine clean anywhere from $25.00-$30.00 an hour also it depends on if there's just myself or if I have another employee working with me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just making sure that they get what they want and are comfortable with me being there in their home
