Introduction: I have over a decade of experience in health, fitness, mind/body work, yoga, and motivational speaking. I have worked with clients ranging from Tour de France cyclists to patients rehabbing off of surgery/injury or degenerating diseases such as osteoarthritis or obesity. Having my masters in Education with an emphasis in Counseling allows me to bring interpersonal and motivational skills to the student which assures success in the goals of the client. My education consists of a BA (pre-law) from the University of Southern California and my master's work at The University of San Francisco. I also have 6 certifications from ACE, AFAA, YogaFit I and II, and the Star-Trac (Schwinn) Precision Cycling Training Certification. I am a results orientated trainer/instructor who has helped thousands of clients of all ages achieve their goals!
