FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not too complicated. We charge a rate by the hour. . No matter what our prices are they are more than reasonable. We have two rates. One for during the week and one for the three day weekend. Check our websites.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For what I do their is no requirement for continuing education. I constantly read blogs, and newletters for new information about the wine industry. I also post some of that information. I also post information about DUI's. It is important as drivers too learn that. We don't beat the drum to the guest or even metiion it, but when they read about Dui's they know why they are hiring us.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well if I can blame the economy this is my short story. I am a licensed General Contractor in California. My little cutie pie (daughter) said "Dad why don't you get a bartending job before you go crazy"? So one day I went on a wine tour and the driver had a great personality and made the wine tour fun. I knew that this was the job for me.
