- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very flexible when it comes to pricing because I know how expensive home repairs can be. I try working with customers to agree on a price that's good for both of us to where they don't pay a huge amount and I don't loose money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to make them feel comfortable, I think that it's very important for me to let the customer know they can trust me. And for them to get to know me a bit so they can get an good detailed image of my experience. Every new customer gets a free estimate, no matter how big or how far they live.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in this line of work for about 5-6 years now, 4 of those years I had my II-CRC Water Damage Tech, Mold Remediation Tech certified and Asbestos certified. And every day that goes by I learn something new which is why I love my job.
