A mixture of explosive movements and static holds- his classes have made me standing above a pond my own sweat when finished. Full Potential Martial Arts has a fun, friendly and informative martial arts class environment. The training studio (dojo) is very clean and beautiful. Brian, the instructor, is a fantastic teacher: enthusiastic, open-minded, and really connects with his students. He's able to adjust classes to people of all ages, sizes, genders, and experience levels! The students are all really fun people to work with and the location is very convenient, in a beautiful martial arts school just off the freeway in Carmel Valley.
I worked out with JJ for 6 consecutives months and loved it! I was scared about not being "fit" enough and that some of the workouts would be too difficult, but everything was modified specifically for me. JJ, is a great trainer and always made time before, or after class, to answer any questions or concerns I had. His approach to training is one where he strongly believes in motivating and supporting his class to be the strongest, healthiest, and happiest they can be--no matter your fitness level!
I have been taking training from Nicholas for over a month now. Being a non-athletic person like me, he first made me really understand fitness and get comfortable with body mobility and stability and then he escalated me to target towards body strength. He is constantly trying to push all of us harder to achieve our fitness goals based on our own body stamina and with the foods we love. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to start liking fitness or someone who is already in rigorous exercising and is looking for expertise to target specific areas for muscle and strength.
Chancy is an amazing trainer. He explains every move carefully and pushes you to improve your boxing and kickboxing techniques. His sessions are challenging and you can see improvement in your technique every time.
Jeremy is incredibly knowledgeable and patient as he gives instructions and goes through the moves. I am currently taking private training sessions from Jeremy and I am learning so much. I feel very empowered because of Jeremy's instruction. He is a very professional, encouraging AWESOME boxing/kickboxing instructor!
I had the pleasure of not only training with Brittany, but also teaching TaeKwonDo classes with her to students of all ages and skill levels at the Elkhart Martial Arts Studio in Elkhart, Indiana. I know for a fact that many of the students thoroughly enjoyed her being a part of class. She was always able to bring fun to the class along with some amazing skill and knowledge. It was amazing to watch the looks on the faces on the students as Brittany would demonstrate a kick or other technique. She inspired in a way that I cannot describe in words! It got to the point where students would ask me ahead of time if Ms. Mosier would be helping teach a certain class, and when I said yes, I could tell they were very happy with that response and was eager to see what the would be learning! I would highly recommend Brittany in any training or teaching environment. Students placed under her supervision will be trained properly, and will enjoy the classes without question!

I started training with Ryan when I was 24, going on 25, going into Basic Training for the Air Force. I wanted to be ahead of the game, be strong, be lean and be fast. Ryan helped me achieve all of that and more in a very short time, and not to brag or anything, but I will for Ryan's sake, I actually graduated Basic Training as having the Top Female PT score out of 700 other airmen and was honored with an award and got to run the Graduation run with my Wing Commander. I am back from basic training and still training with him. I missed his workouts so much while I was gone that I asked him to email me a workout routine to do on my own. He's worth every penny! It's functional stuff.. you don't just look amazing, but you're strength is out of control. He watches your form and makes sure you don't end up with any injuries, and he keeps track of your progress. If you're even considering a personal trainer, please see Ryan. We offer classes for all ages. Tiny tigers, our special class geared for children ages 3 years - 6 years old. Our tigers are taught listening skills, behaviour skills, balance, focus, timing, coordination skills, danger and stranger awareness, all in a fun game, and family-style atmosphere. Taekwondo classes are geared for children ages 7 - 12 years old; we teach the children patriotism, family values, honesty, listening skills, self esteem, self defense, bully-busting awareness, wrestling skills, sparring skills, positive behaviour changes, and better grades in school, and we help all our children students to achieve goals set by both them and their parents. Kickboxing classes are offered to adults ages 13 years - 75 years of age.
