At Seize the Day we love the fact that we get to workout while providing a great service. Also, meeting new people everyday. The office changes constantly and we get to help people transition to and from San Diego! It's actually pretty amazing and our entire team really enjoys it.

Seize the Day arrived on time and handled all of our items with care (unload Penske truck into home and storage unit). They worked diligently and professionally without taking any breaks (2 hours). They were professional and friendly. Moving is a stressful experience, but this team made it smooth and painless. I will recommend them to friends and neighbors and use them again without hesitation.
