- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive. Most of the time a lot lower then the big plumbing companies. I might be a little more expensive than some handymen because they are not Licensed or Carry insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like talking to the customer directly on the phone before I come out and meet them. For me it's a much more streamlined form of communication rather than just texting. I like to get a lot of details about the job before I give an estimate. Most of the time I can tell you what the price will be over the phone before I come out. Some instances I need to physically be there for a diagnosis. I'm usually booked a few days out on jobs taking longer than a couple of hours. Most of the time I can do small jobs in the same day. When coming into your home I will wear shoe covers and mask. I always make sure to clean up after myself. I am happy to provide a receipt and and warranty for jobs completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained journeymen. Most of all my work speaks for itself. I'm very lucky to have many repeat customers and great online reviews.
