Juan was great to work with. His team did a fantastic job on the stucco and he even fixed a few other things around the house while they were there. It’s been about 6 months since they did the work and I am not having any issues. Very happy with the work!

Juan and his crew did a great job patching stucco around a new exterior French door. In his first message he told me the expected price and all the steps his crew would need to go through to complete the job. The stucco looks perfect and he was even able to finish the inside of the door as well. Would highly recommend working with him on your next project.

They did a great job! They responded quickly and were able to do the job within a couple of days. They removed existing wood that was rotting and replaced with stucco that matched the existing stucco. They also framed the windows. We will definitely use them again!

I'm quite pleased with the quality of work J&S Plastering did on my house. They removed the old siding and applied new stucco. I was going to repaint the existing stucco that covered the other half of the house which had an older style finish to it, but I'm glad I followed Juan's recommendation of applying new layers to match the new style and color. They also repainted all the trims, garage door and front door, so the entire house looks new again. I appreciated his attention to detail and he provided honest advice but without pressure. He also pointed out and fixed all the problem areas. I was especially happy about his pricing because they were reasonable compared to several other quotes I received. Overall, I would definitely recommend J&S Plastering for your stucco work. In fact, a neighbor a few houses down decided to go with him as well, and another had asked for his contact.
