Introduction: I have years of experience and training in martial arts.
My background is in Tang Soo Do (Korean harate), though I have cross-trained in multiple other styles and can offer beginning and intermediate students in karate, tae kwon do, hapkido, or any other traditional, strike-based martial art with valuable, hands-on training and coaching for better kicks, punches as well as basic throws and takedowns.
I also offer clients the opportunity to learn simple, easy-to-perform exercises that require little or no equipment and are designed to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and general technical skill for more rigorous training later on in their martial arts career.
