Introduction
I go that extra mile for my clients. I take extra care in ensuring the home remains the same as when they left it. I send texts, emails, and/or call them to update them, and help assure them that their furry family members are safe and secure. I have a special connection with animals, and it shows with how they react to me. It is hard not to smile when I am around animals. They all have their own little personalities. I love that no matter what may be going on, animals are happy to see you. Animals don't care who is having a bad day, or if you are sick, they are simply happy to see you. That is why I love animals so much, and love being around them! I am licensed, bonded and insured. I have completed a 60 hour Animal Training and Pet Sitting course, as well as a 45 hour Pet Nutrition course. I am a licensed Property Manager and have a Florida Real Estate License.

I highly recommend Kristin for dog sitting. She was very friendly and professional. Also, when I was away, she sent pics of my fur baby and daily status texts.

I started using Kristin last week to watch my two dogs overnight for the week and to do two potty breaks during the day. She did an outstanding job. My babies were extremely happy and in perfect health when I returned. The house was emaculate and I couldn't even tell she had been there. She sent me daily updates and even sent pictures which really eased my anxiety while away. I will continue to use Kristin and would recommend her to anyone that loves their dog and wants someone to take great care of them. I am going out of town next week and plan to have her back.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First speaking with the client to gather information and determine if I am available and whether or not they would like to meet. Once that has been determined, we schedule a meet and greet for about 15-30 minutes. During that meeting I meet the client and their pets and we all see if it is a good fit. If everyone feels it is a good fit, I leave paperwork for them to fill out and explain my process.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have completed a 60 hour Animal Training and Pet Sitting course, as well as a 45 hour Pet Nutrition course. I have had dog obedience training. I have worked with all ages of pets and have a lot experience with giving medicines orally, inside the ear, via food and via syringe. I also have experience with giving injections and nebulizers. I have a Florida Real Estate License and Community Association Management/Property Management license which is useful for my Property Management and house sitting clients.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    All types. I have regular daily walk clients, and regular clients who go out of town often, as well as the clients who need my services when they go on vacations. I have clients that utilize my house sitting and property management services, because they do not have pets. The most common types of services are drop in and regular visits. A lot of clients like to mix up services. Together we can create a plan that best suits your needs.
