- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a 24 hour cancellation, payment is still expected if you do not show up or cancel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personally speak with clients or clients parents to get background and an understanding of personality, goals, strengths and weakness. Every individual comes to me with the path/ their journey and I want it to be memorable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been riding for 37 years. Western is my happy place. I have done western pleasure, barrels, and trail throughout the years. I have a double degree in Psychology and Criminology where I work great with people and I have always wanted to help others. This position has provided me the avenue to help both people and horses that need it most!
