- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My previous career had me working long, labor intensive hours as a pastry chef for many years. I had little time to myself. My yoga practice was the only thing that kept me going. Yoga reduced pain in my body, elevated my mood, increased my strength and motivated me to stay in shape. It was this notion that inspired me to start helping others discover these transformational benefits of a regular practice.
