- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flexible and depending on the scope of the job I will adjust pricing to fit your budget as well as the scope of work your business requires. Rates for expedited work as well as consulting services are higher so please contact me to discuss your businesses individual requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I hope to provide excellent service to all clients. I will always do my utmost to make the process as easy as possible for the customer, whether that means meeting after normal hours or on the weekend we understand how hard you work and will accommodate your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am quickbooks certified and an IRS enrolled agent. In over 15 years of bookkeeping and tax preperation I have seen a wide variety of problems facing small businesses in all sorts of industries. However every problem is different and I will often do research into a clients specific industry or company structure to ensure the financials being produced meet your businesses specific needs. I am well versed in researching IRS regulations and decisions as they apply to individual situations. Other bookkeeping services do not and cannot offer this level of service and guarantee that the work being produced is as accurate and customized as I can.
