I had the most wonderful experience with Noeleen in her art classes! Her knowledge and patience was remarkable! I look foward to her next outstanding class!
Mary has always been my go-to person for any work dealing with graphic arts - flyers, cards, posters, etc. She listens carefully to all my concerns, offers offers expert suggestions. She focuses on what my goal for a project is and then works WITH me to achieve the best possible result. The quality is always first-rate. In addition, I've taken a few art classes with Mary which have been insightful, surprising and lots of fun! I always learn something new.
Of all my art teachers over the years, Patrick Despres is one of my favorites. He's a teacher first, not an art snob like the other art professors out there. While other teachers will only show how do draw or paint just like they do, Mr. Despres identifies an individual students strengths and builds on them. His passion for teaching shows and creates passion for art in his students. I highly recommend him as am art instructor.
We hired Gia to face paint at my son's birthday party and it turned out great!! She was very friendly with all the kids and they all loved their paintings. She was the perfect addition to the party, would definitely hire her again!!
Ms Bobbie has a gift for working with children. She has been teaching art to my 4 and 7 year old for over a year at our home and they absolutely love her. They are always so excited for art class to start and she always comes promptly. They have both grown in skill, creativity and perseverance as artists since she has been working with them. The quality of the art instruction that they receive far exceeds other teachers and classes we have tried in the past. Recently she started working with my 10 year old who has autism (low-functioning, non-verbal) and I was amazed at how quickly she was able to make him feel comfortable and the artwork she was able to do with him. I wished we had put him in her class earlier! She just has a way with kids, putting them at ease and drawing out their talents and creativity! Absolutely would recommend her! Especially for anyone who has kids with special needs.
I'm so thrilled to be taught by Alice. She's guiding me without telling me 'do it this way'. Very relaxing and fun to watch my piece appear. Alice is very personable, relaxed and friendly. Her expertise is very processional and I look forward to taking many more classes from her.
Sheri has a great energy and makes you feel extremely comfortable. My daughter left her first class super confident and happy. We are both very excited and looking forward for the next classes!

Eliseo Art Silva was my Graduate Teaching Intern for my Painting One class at the Maryland Institute College of Art while he was in our MFA Program. He really was the co-teacher of the class. He took to the job with great seriousness, energy, and insight. Eliseo's ability as an artist and as a teacher able to express complicated ideas in simple, direct ways to students were extremely impressive. His thoughtfulness, knowledge and commitment to his art and to his teaching were tremendous assets. I know that since graduation he has remained remarkably productive painting public murals all around the country. I recommend him with great enthusiasm and without reservation. Philip Koch, Professor of Drawing and Painting, Maryland Institute College of Art.
I love going every week. I am a beginner and i have made some awesome things.
Why art is good for you? Well, for me it gives me the priceless inner peaceful feeling, relaxation and fun. It brings me the unlimited imagination, visual and creative skills. It shows me the passion of beauties in colors, textures, lights and shadows, and so on. Art is my childhood friend, my professional career partner, my retirement buddy and my life. I have worked in the field of art education for twenty years.
In my classes children and adults learn faster than other places. They start sewing in the first class. I make my classes very interesting with new projects every week. Also, I can only take a limited of students per class, so I have plenty of time for each student. Students don't have to pay a fortune for sewing classes, my classes are very economic.

She believes that creativity is a manifestation of the divine spirit flowing through us and is a powerful energy for healing and transformation. Her passion has been to share this with others through her paintings and teachings. Her paintings are lyrical abstractions inspired by her love of nature and lifelong involvement in meditation, Buddhism, dreamwork, ritual, mythology and shamanism. Her visionary images strive to express the spirit, energy and beauty of the natural world as well as her internal experiences and dreams. Learn to draw with Rolandas. Drawing is the single most accessible form of art available. All you need is drawing skills, imagination, a pencil, and a sheet of paper. It is the fundamental skill of the visual arts that can and should be learned by all children. I teach drawing skills while also developing visual learning skills in children ages 3 to 14, giving them an academic advantage in the classroom. Having more than 10 years of teaching experience, I found a new and effective way, which is also a fun way, to learn new drawing skills. I love to work with children who are interested in drawing and painting. Your child receives undivided attention, individual instruction, and freedom of choosing media and size of paper, as well as numerous demonstrations. We will work on forms and shapes and will integrate the techniques and application of drawing that can be applied to realistic, abstract, and illustrative work. A child will learn to prepare their paper and the drawing tools. Moreover, there is also an option for them to learn how to create different textures using a variety of surfaces, including wood, asphalt, carpet, and cloth. An astounding facet of my drawing classes is that in each new lesson we will "travel" to a different country or planet where we will learn something unique while artistically exploring that specific place. My student will be able to create postcards and pop-up cards. We will integrate music into the art lessons. The child will even create musical instruments. Laughter, fun, confidence, and inspiration are the credo of my art classes. Do not miss an opportunity to develop as a young artist and begin the portfolio building stage of your art education. Your child has the opportunity to work in over 10 areas of art, such as pencil drawing, watercolors, charcoal drawing, sculpture, illustration, design, clay, and painting. "Drawing not only provides the basis for other creative activities like painting, design and printmaking but it also provides a direct link with reading, writing and especially mathematics."
