- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have discount 20% of labor for the fist time customer, our diagnostic fee for regular type of appliances is $75 which will be a part of estimate repair price if you agree to do the repair. Some diagnostics fee for wall ovens for example $135 as we have to uninstall the unit from the kitchen cabinets its take a time and more jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be nice and provide good explanation of the problem fixed problem same day and with fair estimate repair price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was training on a field for 3-4 months, and every year taking training classes for different brands on different types of appliances as this days every year new technology comes out on a market
