Jonathan got me into incredible shape. I was out of shape and chubby prior to seeing Jonathan. Now I'm lean, stronger, and at a healthy weight. Also, he is a great martial arts and Krav Maga coach. I've been training Krav classes elsewhere but not getting the results I wanted. Now my punches, kicks, maneuvers, and techniques are on point.

Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. I always look forward to see how he will challenge me with cardio, strength and balance and I am never disappointed! Last winter I was fortunate enough to meet Paul and start my physical training program. I approached Paul with the lack of motivation to push myself to the level I desired. I wanted drastic results. I was ready to sculpt my body into top shape after having my second child. Although I am accustomed to weight training and competed in Division I college sports, I was a novice to Paul's style of training. I am constantly challenged by his weight training workouts which are infused with explosive squats, plyometrics, and sprints to name just a few. After six weeks, I had achieved more than I would have thought possible. The benefits included: a substantial drop in body fat (my leanest yet), increased overall body strength and energy, accelerated stamina, stabilized mood after recently having a baby, and sound sleep. After two years, I still look forward to each workout, and prepare for each session like I am pitching in the college world series, as he continuously keeps me guessing by introducing new skills and methods to keep my interest.
I don't really have enough good things to say about Manuk. I needed a trainer for two main reasons, the first was due to a broken foot in three places took me from an athletic level training to learing how to walk all over again. As I was going through that I lost someone I loved very much and I became depressed- I needed a push to get back on track and take care of myself. Manuk understood my goals and had more than enough knowledge to help me work through my injury and get me stronger then ever. He also understood the emotional pain I was dealing with and has become an integral part of my healing process. Manuks training isn't for the faint of heart, if you have goals you want to crush and your serious about get there then he is the perfect choice for you. Expect to work hard, be kept accountable and reach new levels on a daily basis. I know dozens of trainers- Id recommend Manuk before any of them.
We met with Mark for a personal training consultation and assessment test to decide if we were a match. He was awesome! He was funny, understanding and made us feel very comfortable. We hired him and are so excited to do our first session with him on Tuesday. :) I'd recommend him to anyone!
Sandy is not your typical trainer but shes a good one! She doesnt yell at you and push you until you cry. Rather she counts your reps, cracks a joke, or talks to you to make the session time pass quickly. She keeps things from getting stale by never doing the exact same exercises in consecutive meetings. Sandy knows so many exercise variations that she will adapt your training if you dont like a particular exercise or want to focus on improving one thing or another. She is also one of the few trainers that is willing to come to your house or a local park to train you. I highly recommend her. Shell get you into better shape if youre willing to put in the effort too.
I just started training with Rochelle and I'm so excited! She has tons of knowledge and experience combined with an encouraging and upbeat approach to fitness. Right away she was able to pinpoint imbalances and help me realize my goals. I highly recommend her expertise!
Steve has been my trainer for years. He keeps you motivated to exercise. He cares about my training, he even texted me a workout session during my business trip!
We have been training with Shoshanna since March. My daughters and I have worked with trainers before however, it never stuck. Shoshanna has a way of keeping us motivated and encouraging us to stick with it. Shoshanna has specialized workouts for each of us and they have been extremely effective. We have not lost a ton of weight but, we are toned and we have lost inches. She is very good at what she does but, she will not take it easy on you. She will push you and you will have muscles hurt that you didn't even know you had but, I ALWAYS feel great after a workout with Shoshanna!! We are very lucky to have found her!!!
I just want to start off by saying thanks a lot for the great workout Jacob! My arms and legs feel like noodles! Jacob has a great attitude and made the time he was training me enjoyable, even tho I was sweating and my body was feeling the burn! Jacob used a variety of different workouts that I've never tried out. I will be going back to workout with him again and see what level he can take me to. Thanks again Jacob!
I've done group training and individual training with Vanesa. She pushes you and gets you to do things you don't think you can. The sessions are always fun, and always a workout. She is constantly changing things up so I'm finding myself sore often, which is a good thing! The one thing I love is that she focuses on making me strong, which does more for my confidence than the scale. I've gotten into the best shape with her and highly recommend her.
Corey is such an amazing trainer!! He customizes the training to fit your needs and what you like so that you can enjoy working out. He's very friendly and always cracking jokes, yet very serious when it comes to the safety and how to get it done right. His priority is his clients, so you won't be seeing him on his phone while training, and that's very nice to know. If you're reading this comment, I assume you're looking for a trainer. Do it!! I got stronger, leaner, and feel great about myself!
Kai is an amazing Fitness personal trainer. She constantly would keep you motivated and help you achieve better results and you would expect from yourself. She helps you reach your full potential, and also makes working out a fun activity. :) I never feel like missing out on any of my workout sessions, and if I ever do, she has a personal training plan in place for me for the workout that I missed, so that I am not behind in my training. She is very accessible and responds very quickly to any questions that I may have. Kai is an excellent human being, and a great trainer, and I am so happy to have her as my personal trainer. I would highly recommend anyone who is planning for a healthier lifestyle to join Kai. :)
Chris is a great trainer and really knows his stuff. For many people, it’s tough to take that leap and hire a personal trainer to get in shape. It’s especially tough if you haven’t done any weight training before. However, Chris will teach and work with you no matter what your abilities are. He’s funny and keeps the intensity at the right level to see results while still being able to enjoy it. After working out with Chris, I feel refreshed. I don’t feel overworked, exhausted, or too sore. I’d highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants to improve their health, body, and happiness.
Danny is the most knowledgable trainer I have ever hired. Not only is he skilled in basic muscle-fitness training exercises, he also is incredibly knowledgeable in nutrition and how it correlates to the human metabolic system. He’s a true professional who has your best interest at heart. He is very sensitive to the needs you may have and will work with any limitations you might have. He is a true joy to be around and I look forward to the time I spend training with him. I endorse him 110 percent!
I consider myself a rather active and engaged in my own fitness, so when I moved to Irvine, I did not see myself changing my routine. That is until I hit a plateau. I met Lamar during a cardio session at my local gym. His affable personality immediately indicated that he was not there to sell me anything, but rather, extol some much needed fitness knowledge. We set up a time for a complementary training session and assessment. Oh, geez, I learned so much about how much harder I needed to push to reach my goals. Lamar was very honest but practical. My favorite part is that he gave me things to do to enhance my current workout at no charge! This says a lot about a about his dedication to and love of fitness. After I worked out, I was so sore but knew I had a lot of room to grow to make gains. I subsequently signed up for his one-on-one training and am so happy I did as I would never have believed I could push past my current stagnation. It is so clear that Lamar loves what he does and it translates into the passion he he displays when with his clientele. He will push you, no doubt, but it's in service of your goals, and thus, well worth it! -Kai
