I've definitely had my share of trying out different trainers/gyms/workout DVDs/group classes/boot camps, you name it and I've done it. Throw out those workout DVDs and cancel all your memberships. Trust me when I say Manuk is the one and only trainer you will need. I have been training with him for about a year now a couple times a week. Manuk really took the time on our first meeting to get to know me and my life style so he can plan a workout accordingly. He asked me my daily routine, food and drink Intake, job, what my goals were, etc.. Didn't miss a point to give me the best results. Manuk has given me results within this past year that I didn't even imagine were possible. He made sure he altered what I ate throughout the day (in a healthy and easy transition) to see quicker results. He is honest with you, well educated in the field, motivating, and his humor definitely is a huge plus!! Makes working out fun and not such a serious, in your face yelling kind of a workout.
Working with Jessie is not only working hard but also fun. Jessie learn your goals and current situation and build a plan tailor made for you. Unlike group class or boot camp style classes working one on one with Jessie gets you faster and accurate results also Jessie corrects your wrong movements and posture. Highly recommended trainer for both man and woman.
I love boot camp! Tony takes his time with you but motivates you so much so you don't give up. It is a blessing to have him as my trainer, he makes you feel great! When I'm missing appointments, he will be the first to call to make sure I'm Ok! I couldn't ask for a better boot camp trainer! 😄
Upon first attending boot camp, it was merely out of curiosity. And within no time, it grew to become a huge part of my life. I had always taken advantage of various "deals" at the gym, but never had I received the type of results that I did when attending Extreme Boot Camp. I am currently on my third session, and I've already noticed a huge change in my health and overall level of confidence. Monique and Sean are the perfect balance when it comes to motivating and inspiring others to work at their best- always putting forth their motto of, "Do what you can, for you!" The environment of boot camp is incredibly unique, with no feeling of competitiveness, but rather a desire to push oneself and genuinely encourage others on their journey. I have been going to various boot camps and personal training sessions with Hi-C Fitness for about six months now. The workouts are a blast, work the whole body and keep my heart rate up. There is a huge range in ability level, age, athleticism, etc that attend each session and everyone is always challenged. Not many things can beat a good workout at the beach!
Goat Fitness has been one of the best things I have ever done. Like most women I know I struggle with my weight. I am small person ( 5 feet tall) so I feel like my weight goes up and down a lot. I have done diets and boot camps and everything worked for like 2 weeks but, I never really achieved the results I was looking for. I would loose like 5 lbs and stop losing weight. Not to mention I couldn't eat anything I wanted and the work outs were ridiculous. Lucky for me one of the girls I work with goes to Goat and she looks amazing and all she did was talk about how great this gym is. There are those people who LOVE working out .... I am not one of them and I don't understand the people (like my friend) who are super into it. But.... she looks great and she told me her trainer said she can have a bagel and cream cheese. That got my attention!!! Every work-out/ trainer I have ever seen has told me that I basically have to cut out everything I love to eat which for me is wine and cheese which sucks so I do it for 2 weeks then I stop losing weight and say screw it back to eating what I want. There is another way!!!! So I decided to go see this amazing trainer that allows you to eat foods you actually like. Lets just start with everyone at the gym is incredibly nice. I talked with Jon and he talked about getting the results I wanted and how to reasonably achieve them. He was honest and up front this isn't the place where you drop 20 lbs in a month first that isn't healthy and it typically doesn't taste or feel good. He explained that what I was looking for would yes take time but, we could certainly get there in a few months. I don't have ridiculous goals I just want skinny girl arms and to fit into a pair of pants like the average woman. I appreciated Jon's realistic approach to weight lost. We did all my measurements and he built me work outs that would help me get to where I wanted. Another great thing you can pick different packages so I picked the 30 minute training ones. I have never been so happy to work out. The work outs are definitely changeling but, they don't kill you ( you will be sore though) but, its over super fast! Back to the food because when I think weight loss I typically go to great well I can't eat this or this or.... and it goes on. I can have my wine and my cheese!! We set up my macros to show me I need this many: Carbs, Fats, and Proteins. I can eat those anyway I want!!! If I want to have wine that is fine I just need to make sure it fits into my macros. The trick is if I know I am going to have a glass of wine later its the first thing I put in my phone so I know I am having it and I see what else I have the rest of the day so I get my wine! This fits into my life which is more important to me. I work 2 jobs and don't have a ton of extra time. Most importantly they care they really do and they are very flexible. I am happy to say .... I fit the pants .... and I have wine & cheese :)
I highly recommend this training camp for people looking to improve both their physical and mental health and well-being. Andre does an amazing job incorporating circuit training into both learning and improving boxing skills and presenting an overall great workout. I never end a session with Andre feeling like I could have gotten more out of my workout! For anyone looking for a lifestyle changing workout -- this is it!
Susie led a boot camp that I participated in for about 4 months. She was awesome! I never got bored with our workouts because it seemed we never did the same thing twice. She's got a plethora of workout ideas. She was also able to modify any exercise to meet various levels of fitness. She's a great trainer who will push you through your complaining and get you to your goal!

I first contacted Sean two months ago after hearing rave reviews about him from a friend. At first I was a little reluctant to try any type of personal training or boot camp style class, because I had a TERRIBLE experience with another Pasadena boot camp. I decided to give it a go and am glad I did! I have been participating in his semi private training classes 3 days/ week for two months and I feel great. Mind you, I'm 35 years old and came in weighing 203lbs at 5'5, not exactly a small girl. Now, I'm 170lbs and can fit into the same size jeans I once wore in high school. I've been training at EG's for more than a year now. Edward is a great trainer! He will motivate you not to be lazy. On his part, it's not about the money but, he wants to help people get what they want to achieve their fitness goals. Highly recommended!
Bridget is an outstanding trainer. I am attending her boot camp class and really enjoying it. She is a very friendly, a motivator with a great attitude and very knowledgeable at what she does. She works you hard and challenges you which I love. She also has a lot of good nutritional information that she loves to share. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Triston is by far the best trainer I've worked with. He's knowledgeable, attentive, and VERY patient. His boot camp is fantastic - a terrific workout and he varies the activities and will always have an alternate version if there's something you just cannot do. Triston is a dedicated, professional trainer - you will love himm!
I've done both individual training and class boot camp training with Brent! By far he is the best trainer out there. He caters to your individual needs for workouts and helps you reach those goals. I attended workout boot camps for So Live The Trainer. I must say that it was a challenge but so worth it. At times when participants felt like giving up, So Live would join in on the exercise and encourage them to push to the finish. Any other trainer would coach from the sideline as encouragement but So Live gets down with you to show he is there and supportive. That is something that is needed out of a trainer and he had no problem doing it. Awesome!
