Latest Review: Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. I always look forward to see how he will challenge me with cardio, strength and balance and I am never disappointed! Jobi always takes the time to listen to my questions about fitness and nutrition and always provides sound advice. I usually shy away from recommending people or businesses, but with Jobi and Fitness Comes First I say Go Now! You will NOT be disappointed!

Latest Review: Goat Fitness has been one of the best things I have ever done. Like most women I know I struggle with my weight. I am small person ( 5 feet tall) so I feel like my weight goes up and down a lot. I have done diets and boot camps and everything worked for like 2 weeks but, I never really achieved the results I was looking for. I would loose like 5 lbs and stop losing weight. Not to mention I couldn't eat anything I wanted and the work outs were ridiculous. Lucky for me one of the girls I work with goes to Goat and she looks amazing and all she did was talk about how great this gym is. There are those people who LOVE working out .... I am not one of them and I don't understand the people (like my friend) who are super into it. But.... she looks great and she told me her trainer said she can have a bagel and cream cheese. That got my attention!!! Every work-out/ trainer I have ever seen has told me that I basically have to cut out everything I love to eat which for me is wine and cheese which sucks so I do it for 2 weeks then I stop losing weight and say screw it back to eating what I want. There is another way!!!! So I decided to go see this amazing trainer that allows you to eat foods you actually like. Lets just start with everyone at the gym is incredibly nice. I talked with Jon and he talked about getting the results I wanted and how to reasonably achieve them. He was honest and up front this isn't the place where you drop 20 lbs in a month first that isn't healthy and it typically doesn't taste or feel good. He explained that what I was looking for would yes take time but, we could certainly get there in a few months. I don't have ridiculous goals I just want skinny girl arms and to fit into a pair of pants like the average woman. I appreciated Jon's realistic approach to weight lost. We did all my measurements and he built me work outs that would help me get to where I wanted. Another great thing you can pick different packages so I picked the 30 minute training ones. I have never been so happy to work out. The work outs are definitely changeling but, they don't kill you ( you will be sore though) but, its over super fast! Back to the food because when I think weight loss I typically go to great well I can't eat this or this or.... and it goes on. I can have my wine and my cheese!! We set up my macros to show me I need this many: Carbs, Fats, and Proteins. I can eat those anyway I want!!! If I want to have wine that is fine I just need to make sure it fits into my macros. The trick is if I know I am going to have a glass of wine later its the first thing I put in my phone so I know I am having it and I see what else I have the rest of the day so I get my wine! This fits into my life which is more important to me. I work 2 jobs and don't have a ton of extra time. Most importantly they care they really do and they are very flexible. I am happy to say .... I fit the pants .... and I have wine & cheese :)

Latest Review: We have been training with Shoshanna since March. My daughters and I have worked with trainers before however, it never stuck. Shoshanna has a way of keeping us motivated and encouraging us to stick with it. Shoshanna has specialized workouts for each of us and they have been extremely effective. We have not lost a ton of weight but, we are toned and we have lost inches. She is very good at what she does but, she will not take it easy on you. She will push you and you will have muscles hurt that you didn't even know you had but, I ALWAYS feel great after a workout with Shoshanna!! We are very lucky to have found her!!!

Latest Review: I tried for many years to get rid of my cellulite around my hips, stomach and thighs. I hired other fitness trainers that were unable to help me. Let me tell you I worked really hard with the other trainers. Blood, sweat and tears and I still had cellulite. I continued to work out by myself 3 to 4 times a week; lifting weights, jogging etc. I still could not get rid of my cellulite. It was not until I met Kathleen. I watched Kathleen at the gym while she was training her clients. I notice her clients becoming more and more fit. They were looking beautiful. I had to find out what Kathleen's secret was. Kathleen has a unique way of training and incorporating nutrition into your diet. She educated me on the body weight, targeting specific muscles, bone strength, digestive system and much more. Kathleen taught me how to strengthen my weak back, neck and shoulder areas. She has amazing recipes for great tasting, nutritional meals. Because of Kathleen I have absolutely no cellulite on my entire body and no more aches and pains. I am 52 years old and look like a teenager again. I know that may sound hard to believe but it is true!! I love you Kathleen!

Latest Review: First off I’d like to state that I wasn’t motivated for weight training or meal planning. Doctors just recommended that it’d be a good idea as well as healthy. So I found a flyer on my windshield and usually I just throw them out but I was like why not check this one out and there was his initials TR. So I took it to the gym and turned out the first guy I talked to turned out to be Taylor. We talked a little about how I’d might try it out maybe like 30 minutes every couple days or so, which was perfectly fine with him. He gave me plenty of options and plans as to what I could do to shape up what I wanted as well as meal plans that would help out which had lots of good food I could still eat that were healthy. So days go on and I still didn’t hit the gym, he gave me a call I swung by and started my work outs. Light but felt good. I did skip a couple days here and there but as it went on I was just somehow more motivated to work out. I went from 30 minutes every couple days to about 45 minutes to an hour 4 days a week as well as changing my diet. About 2 months later and I’ve lost about 18 pounds and 7% body fat which is great news but then I had to buy new clothes. Anyways I would just like to say that Taylor is a great and easy guy to talk to. Has many options and plans to accommodate anybody’s needs. Great at motivating me to work out. We’ve even hung out a few times after workout grabbing lunch. So I’d recommend him to anybody.
