The roots of our commitment to great food and superior service dates back to 2000, when chefs Mark Scheck and Kevin Hyder began hosting a series of dinner parties for close friends and family. As these parties grew in size, they began to develop new techniques and menus that would maintain the high standards that had come to be expected in the more intimate gatherings.
Chef Mark Scheck has excelled in the food and beverage industry for close to 20 years. He specializes in modern American and Asian fusion cuisine. Kevin Hyder has been professionally planning events since 1999 with attendance of more than 1,000 guests, and has been cooking professionally since 2004.
In 2013, we were lucky to gain the involvement of Jimena Santibanez, who brought with her a wealth of experience in corporate events planning. Jimena has coordinated and managed meetings, training sessions, and trade shows with budgets of up to $1,000,000.
