My mission is to give back to others through fitness. My job in life is to guide individuals through exercise to live a longer and more energized life. I have personal training certificates from NASM as CPT, Corrective Exercise Specialist, as well certifications from ELDOA. I will help transform your body with ELDOA, a unique stretching technique that improves posture, reduces back pain and joint pain. I combine it with personalized training through proper muscle contractions, exercise execution and overall well-being. I take the time to learn your body to achieve your fitness goals with a program designed just for you!

Working with Thomas has not only increased my overall fitness but my mentality for everyday life. His methods have helped released tension in my upper back, which has helped me overall in my day to day activities. He really took the time to learn and understand how my body works and what I need for my health journey. His knowledge on Eldoa training and recovery has helped me become more mobile and has decreased any back and shoulder pain I have experienced from being a baker.

Throughout the past 5 months Thomas and I have been consistently having sessions 3-4 times a week. When I started I had consistent knee pain (prior ACL/Meniscus reconstruction) and overall wasn’t in good shape. The pain in my knee drastically improve as well as my overall being. I am able to run up to 2 miles and my day to day struggles with my knee issues have slowly started to fade out. Going into these sessions with Thomas I had no specific goal in mind but to look and feel better. 5 months in now I have lost 25 pounds and a substantial amount of muscle. We recently ran into an issue with my shoulder, where I had a lot of soreness and mobility issues, and was unable to pick things up. We started adding in ELDOA exercises for my shoulder, back, and hips taking a large focus on the shoulder. With the mobility training and the ELDOA’s my shoulder has gotten stronger and we have been able to add load back into our upper body workouts. I have had nothing but positive experiences training with Thomas and would recommend him to anyone who wants to reach there goals and have someone map out the plan for them.

Training with Thomas has been by far the best trainer I’ve come across in my fitness journey. We talk about my goals and he helped me achieve it and he held me accountable but he also made it very positive, fun and motivating to show up everyday we trained! I look forward to more training days with him & with him I know I can get to my goals

Thomas is an excellent trainer, who works endlessly to make sure that you reach your goals either if it’s weight loss, getting stronger, being healthier, or just trying to the best version of yourself. In the first 3 months of being with him, I lost 30lbs and felt stronger and healthier than ever before. He is the guy to help you get there and can always count on him to be there every step of the way! I highly recommend him, you won’t be disappointed!
