- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are all listed at our website under the "Services" tab. Just click on the service you're interested in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You think our services are awesome and want to learn more 2. You complete our Request A Sitter form 3. We receive your notification email and do the Snoopy dance 4. We call you on the phone to answer any questions you may have and set up a Preview Visit (see terms) 5. You receive an emailed invoice for your Preview Visit and happily pay it. 6. You complete our online Paperwork (pet & home info) 7. A sitter comes to your home and meets you and your menagerie 8. You think the sitter is the cat’s meow and give her/him a key or code as well as confirm your travel dates. 9. A short while later, you receive an email invoice from us and are excited to see your discount. 10. You pack your bags and travel the world. 11. Simultaneously, your pets stay at home, enjoying their new friend.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I (Kristie, owner) have been pet sitting since I was 5 years old (no joke!). My team members are all incredibly responsible people who love pets. Some aren't able/allowed to have their own, and others are living across the country from their own. So they consider it a gift to be able to love on your furry family members while you're away.
