What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assess their weaknesses. Often backhand, start with technical adjustments and feeding then carry that progress over to rallying and playing some points to build up confidence.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life as a competitive tennis player. I coach the Corona Del Mar Highschool team.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Played and coached tennis at a very high level for about twenty years now.
