Fireplace and Chimney Cleaning or Repair
The so called pro was hired to fix my gas fireplace. After having to ask me how to light the unit and a lot of dumpling around he said I would need replacement parts costing over $500. He said he needed to get an exact quote for the job and left after charging $104. After he left I did some research on my own and figured out that I had a loose thermocouple. After I tightened it down the fireplace now works great. As far as I am concerned Universal Air is either grossly incompetent or the are a scam.Mar 13, 2018Verified

This service includes all minor repairs, any new parts are an extra cost, Also includes up to 2 hours of handyman service. May include a basic heater or AC system maintenance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Contact them via email or directly by text, address their concerns, schedule service when convenient for them, explain prices and what is included. Courtesy calls are made before we arrive and about a few days after service is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Daikin University - Certificates and continued education specific to my trade. Goodman Manufacturing- A good product line and the outstanding limited lifetime warranties.
