Duct and Vent Installation or Removal

Totally EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! BWR not only were completely professional when making the appointment, keeping to the estimate, and doing top quality work, they covered every last detail! I'm pretty particular when it comes to working on my home--especially given they were going to be cutting a hole into the side of my stucco home to vent a bathroom fan outside. (I'm not going to lie, I was nervous given I had never worked with them before!) I totally quizzed Chad about exactly how he was going to accurately go about doing every little part of the install and I'm pleased to say that not only did he answer every aspect correctly, his work clearly reflected that he was a SKILLED CRAFTSPERSON. Finally my S. Palm Springs home has super light, almost white plush carpet. It was great that Chad not only put on shoe covers without my having to ask, he also put down neatly placed drop cloths under anything he worked on. He left my home as tidy as he found it. One last kudo to Chad is that once he was done, he let me visually inspect every single piece off his work and I'm happy to say that he did a first class job at a very affordable price. If you're hunting around reading every review (positive & negative) before choosing a real pro, then LOOK NO FURTHER. These folks are first rate from start to finish and the prices are super fair. Bravo on a job well done!

Central Air Conditioning Installation or Replacement

Our master bedroom was always hotter than the rest of the house. BWR installed a 2nd vent and now it’s perfect!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    BWR Heating and Cooling Inc. is upfront and honest with all our prices before we start any work. We get your approval to start work with a written estimate. There are no hidden fees or surprises once the work is completed. We are fair and reasonable and keep prices lower to other companies in the field due to our smaller overhead costs. As we are not a huge company, we can keep our costs lower, which in turn benefits our customers.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We obtain the customer's information and then send them a picture of the technician that will be at their house/building. Customers know who to look for before our technicians show up at their home/business. We send messages when we are on our way, and we email customers pictures of the equipment needing repairs or servicing while we are working. We follow strict safety precautions in order to keep our customers and technicians safe. We provide, masks, shoe covers, disposable gloves, hand sanitizer, and tarps to protect the work areas around equipment/installations.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our employees attend trade schools. Additionally, we also regularly attend new training classes to keep up to date with all of the new technologies and changing EPA requirements in the HVAC and plumbing field. We also complete trainings through the National Comfort Institute, Southern California Edison, and the Gas company.
