I ordered a cake for my mom's birthday with short notice. I didn't specify a flavor for the cake, but only described my mom. What turned out was a double peaches & layer cream cake that was absolutely FABULOUS!!! Usually when we buy cake for birthdaus, there is cake leftover. There was not one crumb left as everyone (including my mom) devoured that cake! If you want a made to order, fresh ingredient, super delicious and relevant dessert...DON'T HESITATE to call Chanel @ Nellie's Diamond Desserts! Customer service and reasonable pricing is to be expected.

Tasted her desserts at and event...gained a pound from sampling so much. Referred her to a friend for their wedding and the cupcakes and cake was spot on. She was/is so knowledgeable and professional.
