Each customer has certain needs and desires, so we can customize a service plan to those needs and desires. We will always do what is right and will retreat any problem the we guaranteed would not be a problem for our over 4,000 customers we serve. We work on a limited schedule on Saturday's usually only 8am-12noon. I enjoy teaching the same principles that my parents taught me in outstanding customer service and work as hard as you can. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We are NOT the cheapest, but you will get the best results guaranteed or we will retreat for free to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A simple phone call of under 5 minutes can get all the information we need and answer any concerns or questions the customer has. Once the call and appointment is complete, our technician will arrive at the home and do a brief questions and answer verification, then go to work. Perform an Inspection of the home or business first, do treatment then see if there are any other concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All service technicians are licensed by the state through the Structural Pest Control Board. We have to have a minimum of 6 hours of continuing education every year and keep up to date with the latest regulations that affect how we perform our service.
